All our products are sold strictly on the basis that you as a subscriber/user must to make sure that the App is installed correctly and periodically tested to ensure all three rescuers are active 24/7 so in an emergency you have 100% reliability. Our liability is limited to the sale value of the product, proportionally adjusted to the day of any particular incident that you as a user is seriously dissatisfied with, but with the promise that we will do everything in our power to rectify any technical issues as soon as it is reported and within a reasonable time-frame.

Acts of government or regulatory authorities, including changes in law or regulations; 7. National or regional emergency; 8.
