War (whether declared or not), invasion, acts of foreign enemies, civil war, rebellion, revolution, terrorism, or military or usurped power; 4. Civil unrest, riots, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, or labour disputes;5. Epidemics, pandemics, or quarantine restrictions;6. Acts of government or regulatory authorities, including changes in law or regulations; 7. National or regional emergency; 8. Breakdown of essential utilities, including electricity, gas, water, or telecommunications; 9. Any other similar events beyond the reasonable control of the affected Party.

If the Force Majeure Event prevents, hinders, or delays performance of either Party's obligations for a continuous period of more than [90] days, either Party may terminate this Agreement by giving 30 days' written notice to the other Party.
